However, compared with straight seam pipes of the same length, the weld length increases by 40~100%, and the production speed is low. After being cut into a single steel pipe, three steel pipe heads of each batch shall be subject to strict first inspection rail system to check the mechanical function, chemical composition, fusion condition of the weld, the surface quality of the steel pipe and the non-destructive inspection and repair to ensure that the pipe manufacturing process is qualified before being officially put into production. Spiral welded pipe has simple production process, high production efficiency, low cost and rapid development.
        According to the details, if the warehouse is a cement floor with rising sun, the height of padding at the bottom of the stack of spiral welded pipe is 0.1m; If it is muddy, it must be padded 0.2 to 0.5m high. If it is stored in the open air, the height of cement floor should be about 0.3 to 0.5m, and the height of sediment floor should be 0.5 to 0.7m.
