The characteristics of galvanized steel pipe: the zinc coating is thick, the crystallization is detailed, uniform and non porous, and the corrosion resistance is excellent; The zinc coating obtained by electroplating is relatively pure, and it corrodes slowly in acid, alkali and other mists. It can protect the steel substrate effectively. Because the zinc coating has excellent ductility, it can be formed by cold punching, rolling, bending and other processes without damaging the coating.
After chromate passivation, the zinc coating forms white, colorful, military green, etc., which is beautiful and generous, and has certain decorative properties. It has a thick, fine and dense pure zinc layer to cover the steel surface, which can prevent the steel substrate from touching any corrosion solution, and protect the steel substrate from corrosion. In general atmosphere, the appearance of zinc layer forms a very thin and dense zinc oxide layer.
It is difficult to dissolve in water, so it plays a certain role in protecting the steel matrix. If zinc oxide and other components in the atmosphere generate insoluble zinc salts, the anti-corrosion effect will be more ambitious. It has an iron zinc alloy layer with fine bonding, which reflects the unique corrosion resistance in the marine salt fog atmosphere and industrial atmosphere. Due to its strong bonding, zinc iron is mutually soluble, and has strong wear resistance.
After hot-dip galvanizing of steel structures, it is equivalent to a single annealing treatment, which can effectively improve the mechanical function of the steel substrate, eliminate the stress during the forming and welding of steel parts, and facilitate the turning of steel structures. Because zinc has excellent ductility, and its alloy layer is firmly attached to the steel substrate, the hot-dip galvanized parts can be formed by cold punching, rolling, wire drawing, zigzagging, etc. without damaging the coating.

Seamless steel pipe actual bearing pressure may be affected by many factors such as the quality of the pipe, processing technology, and use environment Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions Email : pipe@stpipefitting.cn
(SMLS pipe) is a type of pipe produced without welds by deforming the metal as a whole using piercing and rolling techniques. Compared to welded steel pipe, its core advantage stems from the continuity of the material and the uniformity of its structure, providing superior reliability and safety under high pressure, high temperature, and complex stress environments. This makes seamless steel pipe a fundamental and reliable material in the petroleum, chemical, natural gas, and power industries for critical processes and the transportation of hazardous media.

Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe Sch 40 (Schedule 40) is a seamless steel pipe specification that meets the American standard. Its pipe wall thickness is Sch40 (corresponding to the standard wall thickness series), which represents the standard wall thickness under a specific pressure level and is often used in occasions with higher pressure and temperature.

Schedule 80 Carbon Steel Pipe is made up of carbon steel materials. The carbon steels can vary in composition based on the grades. The strengths and the toughness vary. To have an international and equal identification of the pressure capacities of the pipes, the schedule scale is used. The wall thickness grades of the steel pipe range from Schedule (SCH) 5 to Schedule (SCH) 160. SCH 5 has the lowest pressure resistance, while SCH 160 has the highest.
