EN 10219 S355JRH Welded Steel Pipe is made from a carbon steel that has carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and niobium in the composition. The mild carbon steel has different dimensions for different grades. The Structural Steel Pipe EN 10219 S355JRH grade pipes have outside diameters ranging from 21.3mm to 457.2mm and the wall thicknesses ranging from 1.8mm to 14.27mm. The circular dimensions of the pipes range from 26.9mm to 323.9mm.
There are round pipes, square pipes, rectangular pipes and tubes in this grade. The pipes could be welded or seamless in production. The EN 10219 S355JRH LSAW Welded Steel Pipe is welded from sheets and plates of the same material grade. The welded square pipes have dimensions ranging from 25x25mm to 300x300mm. The length of the pipes ranges from 6000mm to 18000mm as single random, double random and custom cut to length sizes. The material also has minimum yield strength of 355MPa and up to 680MPa minimum tensile strength with 20% elongation at break.
The S355JRH Hollow Section is a good selection for applications where structural elements are needed but the weight has to be reduced. The square hollow section provides extra strength with the shape. The EN 10219 S355JRH can come with different pipe ends and different coating options. The coating can prevent corrosion and increase the wear and tear resistance.

EN 10219 is subject to tensile testing in accordance with EN 10002-1, charpy impact test in accordance with EN 10045-1.
